How many miles can a 5th Gen Honda Prelude have on it before it starts having problems?

I am thinking of buying a 5th Gen Honda Prelude(1996-2001). I was just wondering how many km's it can run before it starts to act up and have problems? 300k? higher ? lower?

if you take care of a car and do maintenance it can last for as long as you want it to, sure you might spend more in maintenance than you would in a new car but still.
