I am trying to put swivel bases so i can put a boat seat on my 14' alumunim boat?

I have a 14' aluminum boat and the have like bench seats across the boat and its just sheet metal with foam underneath.....so there is no way to use a bolt and nut....what kind of screws or bolts do i need to use to bolt the swivel bases where the will

I don't like to drill a hole in any part of a boat if I can avoid it - as it is just another water entry point and potential failure point. If I am going to do so I want to use duralac or similar to avoid any corrosion issues with the stainless self
