Spark plug boot puller?

I've got a broken off terminal inside a spark plug boot. I've seen pullers that pull a boot out of an engine block and/or off a plug but not one that pulls the boot off the wire. Does such a tool exist? I'd prefer to just replace a broken off terminal

all you need is needle nose pliers. hold the boot with 1 hand and grab the end withe the pliers and pull.
