how do i temporarily fix leaky radiator in home.?
i have hot water system for heat ,with old radiator that seeps a little water,but enough to get carpet wet. i cant apply j-b weld cause of wetness, is there any other way to temp. fix leak.
well the best way is to drain the system and remove the troubled area with a torch and then clean both pipes and resweat the joint.... be sure to use a flux cleaner or baking soda after you complete the newly sweated joint this way no flux left will eat
