ok flushed and cleaned radiator now doesnt run hot but what temp should it run..?

i have an 87 crx si was runing hot changed thermostat.didnt work.wired the fan were it ran continuisly.didnt work..and i already fushed it like 5 times..then got cleaner ran 15min..drained put straight water in for 15 min..drained and then put coolant
