Testing Bad Spark Plug Wires. Took & OHM Merter my 7mm wire reads 3-4 ohms is this bad or good?

I took the wire off and took the + & - lead to each end and got a reading of 3-4 ohms on each wire. Is that bad or good. I believe my wire was 7mm thickness and not real long (about the length of 2 pencils.
