I have a 1991 Honda Accord which is custom and I got rear ended and their insurance is trying to total it?

I was rear-ended and the damage to my car is totaling 3100.00, and the only damage to the car was on the bumper and paint. I have a 91 Honda Accord which has been customized. I have custom paint, ground affects, custom spoiler, ect.. They are calling

The customization does not increase the value of your car.

If you were going to sell the car-- lots of people don't want a car with ground effects etc. You have actually limited your potential buyer pool.

Cars are not investments.
