Drilled/Vented brake rotors?

would like some opinions on disc brake rotors that are drill/vented,,,are they good or bad,,,can they be resurfaced later like other brake rotors?

They can be resurfaced as per normal discs.

The fins between vented discs help to cool the discs down by pulling in cool air, and the "holes" or "galleys" on drilled discs, allow gases which build up
